Glenn is President/CEO, & Founder of Dragonfli Group, a DC-based firm that specializes in cybersecurity services for private and public sector clients. Focusing on assessing, securing, and implementing high-end cybersecurity solutions, Glenn empowers clients in securing their high-value assets and assists organizations with embarking on resilient, strategic, cyber initiatives.
Glenn’s most recent work includes implementing a robust risk management program for a global organization; resulting in a business-driven cyber capability.
Over the past 17+ years, Glenn has served leading Fortune 100 organizations and CFO-Act Federal Agencies. Prior to founding the Dragonfli Group in 2008, he managed the cybersecurity line of business for a professional services organization; managing the delivery across multiple clients. Glenn is one of the business and technical architects for a Presidential Directive that combined logical and physical access into a single ID-badge. Glenn spent over 5 years working in Accenture’s cyber practice implementing complex encryption, secure messaging, and identity & access management solutions for global organizations. He is a contributor to multiple panels and cybersecurity conferences.
Glenn holds a BBA from William & Mary with a concentration in Information Technology and a minor in Computer Science. He has taken continuing education at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business, Tuck School of Business, and Maxwell School of Law in cybersecurity and counterterrorism. He is a member of the FBI’s public-private Infragard program and a former board member of JDRF. He lives in Washington, DC with his partner and dogs and is an avid cyclist, sailor, and beginner triathlete.
